Erin’s Breakfast Blend
This is a medium roast of blended South American and African coffee beans. It has a deep smooth creamy taste that wakes you up in the morning.
This dark roast has a complex taste with a smooth swallow. It's strong but has a great lingering after taste at the end of the swallow. It is our boldest cup of coffee featuring coffees from Africa, South America, and Asia.
Diamond Express is our original dark roast. This was originally named after another train that has family connections It is blended in honor of Erin's Grandma who grew up a block from the Lehigh Valley Railroad. The Black Diamond train came through her town twice a day. In 1939 she rode the Black Diamond to New York City for the World's Fair! This blend has a smooth taste that reminds one of days gone by.
Burundi - Kiziba Medium Roast
Emile is one of the farmers that represents this inaugural offering from Burundi, Africa. Like many Burundi coffee farmers, Emile is a small coffee producer with just 323 coffee trees. Last year he made just over $300 growing coffee that supports his family of 7 children, but through THRIVE Farmers he now has an opportunity to make much more because he now has direct access to the coffee marketplace.

In honor of this battle and the soldiers that fought there Furnace Hills Coffee Company has created a Soldiers Blend. Coffee was essential during this war. Coffee and hardtack were the two foods the soldiers could count on that wouldn’t spoil and could be easily transported in a haversack.
After careful research Furnace Hills Coffee decided on an Ethiopian coffee bean. Part of the blend is a dark roast and part a light roast. This was done to do our best to replicate the coffee roasting conditions and practices on the battle field. Coffee was roasted in a frying pan over an open camp fire resulting in an un-even roast. We have also added a small amount of Ugandan Robusta to give the coffee a toughness to it. There is no bite at the end of the swallow, but it stays with you for a while after drinking.
South American Decaf
Furnace Hills Coffee South American Decaf is a medium roast coffee demonstrating a remarkably creamy body with critic acidity. This blends aromas are of brown sugar and chocolate tones with a smooth mouth feel.
This Decaf was awarded the best in North America with a cupping score of 90.
This medium dark roast of Asian and African coffees has a nutty flavor that gives you a kick at the end of the swallow.
This is a great coffee if you still want a bit darker than medium roast with a robust nutty flavor and mild aftertaste.
Aquas de Marco
This Brazilian Arabica Coffee is roasted just a shade darker than medium. It has a robust earthy taste with a smooth finish to the swallow. We consider the taste to be so good we call it Black Gold!
On another note, we have named this coffee after a great Brazilian song by the same name. Google it. We think you like the song.
Furnace Hills Coffee Single Origin Shade Grown Honduran Coffee is one of our featured Family-to-Family Coffee's. This Coffee has a smooth swallow with chocolatey undertones ~ one swallow and you will be swept away. This roast has received great compliments at CoffeeCon. This coffee is grown by the Garcia family.
This coffee is one of our single origin coffee's that which we give proceeds to an organization working with churches to reach the developmentally disabled in Ethiopia. A fruity aroma and taste that has a hint of honey with a delightful after taste. As with all our freshly roasted gourmet coffee's this has our traditional smooth swallow.

This non chemically altered coffee from Costa Rica is grown in volcanic soil, so has a musky bark taste. It also has a tart citrusy taste at the front end of the swallow. As with all of our coffee it has a smooth finish.

Cafe tio Conejo Maria
We are privileged to have a very limited amount of coffee from a farm that is owned and operated by five women. That's why the name Maria.
María’s micro-lot comes from five associated women coffee growers, who have a total of 5.25 hectares among them. This micro-lot is a recognition to our dear women’s well done work, a pride of our land.
these women have picked only totally ripe grains up, they perform an aerobic fermentation, for at least 15 hours. Coffee cup: sweet caramel, chocolate, and plums. The cupping score on this micro lot is 86.6. Well done dear women.
